Located just south of Midtown East in Manhattan, the Lindley is a multifamily residential building comprised of studios through three-bedroom units with retail space on the ground floor.

The project took advantage of the inclusionary housing square footage generated by two buildings on an adjacent site, also designed by Rawlings architects. This provided an additional 2 FAR to the project.
