The project includes the horizontal and vertical enlargement to the top 3 floors of an existing 9-story commercial building, along with an entirely new terra cotta rain screen façade. Given its location and existing zoning regulations, much of the project affords views of the Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor.  Residential amenities include a roof terrace, gym and bicycle storage.  At the ground floor, the existing retail tenant continues operations in an enlarged, renovated space.
