Located in West Soho at the corner of Hudson and Canal Streets, 219 Hudson is a multi–family residential building with commercial space at the ground floor.  The building was designed to embrace the dynamism of this unique site.  The southern façade of the building connects the lines of Canal and Watts Streets with a curved surface punctuated by faceted corner windows providing views toward the Hudson River.   The continuation of this surface at the penthouse floors maximizes expansive views from east to west.  Turning onto Hudson Street, the building takes a rectilinear form to ground it in the surrounding city fabric.
