Located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, immediately adjacent to the L train, this multifamily building with ground floor retail will have 69 residential units ranging from studios to three bedroom units. The facade of an existing three story building on the site was preserved and incorporated into a new seven story, heavy timber structure. Through the preservation of a portion of the existing building, the overall buildable area on the site has been maximized for the developer.
